We have over 40 years’ experience in all aspects of trusteeship, offering independent, professional trustee and secretarial services to defined benefit occupational pension schemes including compliance, administration, record keeping, and insurance services to trustees who want to outsource the work involved in maintaining pension scheme membership.

Our Wealth Management business is focused on maintaining our position at the forefront of delivering investment and risk management solutions and providing high quality customer service in addition to incorporating Government-led initiatives as standard. We provide bespoke and individual solutions tailored to investment objectives, whilst not creating inappropriate or unnecessary risk. We will work in tandem with accountants and solicitors to ensure that the solutions we create are aligned with any income, capital gains or inheritance tax mitigation.

Applying for a mortgage, whether it is to purchase a property, remortgage to raise money on your house, buying an investment property or raising funds through an Equity release scheme is likely to be the largest financial undertaking you will ever take. For owner managed businesses, this means that the pension scheme can be used to assist the business in areas such as ownership of business property, loans back to the sponsoring employer, and where rent and interest are paid into the pension scheme rather than to a third party.
