The Berkeley Burke Auto-Enrolment Employer Questionnaire is developed by Berkeley Burke & Company Limited (BBCL) to fully evaluate details of your payroll systems, employees and pension schemes, so that we can provide you with professional advice on your options for enrolling your employees into a suitable mandatory workplace pension scheme.
If you are completing the Berkeley Burke Auto-Enrolment Employer Questionnaire for the first time, please note we will also require you to complete the Employee Data Sheet element so we can fully evaluate your workforce's pension requirements. The Auto-Enrolment Employer Questionnaire enables BBCL to gather and review information about your business, your payroll systems and policies, and also details of any existing pension schemes used for Auto-Enrolment purposes. Examples of the types of evidence required are below:
