We may charge you a fee of up to 0.5% of the loan on completion of the mortgage. As an example for a mortgage of £100,000 we would charge a fee of £500 when you apply for a mortgage following advice from us. We will agree the fee (if any) with you before any advice is provided. We will receive commission from the mortgage lender in addition to the fee we have charged you which will be disclosed on the Key Facts Illustrations you will receive relating to your chosen mortgage. Please note that when the commission payable by the mortgage lender covers the cost of our advice in full we will not charge you an additional fee for our advice. Our fee options will be discussed fully with you prior to any advice being provided.
An equity release scheme is either a lifetime mortgage or home reversion plan. To understand the features and risks, ask for a personalised illustration.
